Recently, our experts held a productive call with our colleagues from the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) and representatives from the NGO "Medical Leaders" and Patients of Ukraine.

During our conversation, we gained extremely valuable insights from our German partners regarding the establishment and development of medical self-governance in Germany. They shared their knowledge and practical examples on creating nursing chambers and organizing the overall process of medical self-governance. We delved into discussions about best practices and findings that could be adapted for the Ukrainian healthcare system.

We also discussed important aspects of the draft law on medical self-governance, the licensing process for medical professionals, and the funding of medical chambers. We have a clear vision for how to develop these processes in Ukraine, and we are already working on their implementation. We will share key aspects of these processes with you.
