"In our cooperation, we aim to support Bucha’s mission – to ensure that people here are truly happy, in an environment that promotes this."
On September 27, we held the first coordination meeting with the Bucha community, which is participating in the "Healthy and Capable Community" project. Together with experts from our Foundation, the Kharkiv Expert Group on Health Reform, and OptiMedis, Bucha will implement integrated care models, supported by ULEAD with Europe.

During the meeting, the working group discussed the creation of a targeted municipal program that will address population health issues. The group includes representatives from the public sector, local authorities, experts, and healthcare professionals. Over the next few months, they will learn to work with data and use it to develop solutions.
We need to find a way to institutionally create the 'integrator' – a tool that will be recognized by both the authorities and the residents, collect relevant data, and propose solutions based on this data. These solutions will form the foundation of the targeted municipal program, which the working group will present to the local authorities at the end of the project
said Tetiana Havrysh, co-founder of Health Solutions.
The meeting was a powerful start to the ongoing work. We thank the Bucha City Council and the NGO "Institute for Sustainable Community Development" for their active cooperation.
