Key Areas of Work:
Humanitarian Component: We are providing the Kramatorsk community, with which we have successfully collaborated for over a year under the Healthy Community project, with two fully equipped modern medical emergency vehicles and one mobile medical clinic. A series of training sessions for the mobile team medical staff is already planned. Twenty-one specialists will be trained, including 9 doctors, 9 nurses, and 3 drivers, who will provide qualified medical care and be prepared to offer emergency pre-medical care in case of worsening security conditions.
Mobile clinics have become one of the few effective mechanisms for providing medical services to people in frontline zones and de-occupied territories. The war has destroyed medical infrastructure: many settlements now lack hospitals, rural medical points, and even pharmacies.
Research Component: We will develop a model of effective primary medical care for frontline and de-occupied areas using the example of mobile clinics in the Kramatorsk community. We will analyze various models of mobile medical teams that currently provide a wide range of medical services in frontline communities in eastern and southern Ukraine and propose a unified approach to organizing mobile medical team operations. функціонування мобільних медичних бригад, які наразі надають медичну допомогу широкого спектру в прифронтових громадах сходу і півдня України і запропонуємо уніфікований підхід до організації роботи мобільних бригад медичної допомоги.
